  • Community Practice is a welcoming non heated well rounded practice offered on a donation basis to help make yoga accessible to everyone. This offering reflects the spirit of seva (selfless service) and community care. Donations are appreciated, and your presence is valued just as much as your contribution. Come connect, be you. The goal is not perfection in postures, but cultivating personal clarity, compassion, and community well-being. 

  • Open Level hot yoga class welcomes practitioners of all experience levels. This practice blends foundation and flow, offering clear guidance for beginners while providing depth and refinement for a more challenging practice. Step into the heat, move with awareness, and leave feeling grounded, energized, and restored in peace and harmony. This class is recommended for everyone, even if you are new to hot yoga. 

  • Meditation class is offered at a discounted price to our community. Nurturing inner calm while building the foundation for longer meditation practices. Dhyana, which comes from the classical yogic system of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, describes meditation as the continuous flow of awareness toward a single point of focus. Come improve focus with mental medicine. Please bring your favorite meditative cushion, pillow, chair or mat for floor comfort. 

  • Nutrition services often include dietary assessments, meal planning, and education on balanced nutrition across a full spectrum of eating patterns. The focus is on optimizing nutrient intake, improving overall wellness, and creating practical, achievable habits tailored to each person’s needs, preferences, and cultural background.
